IEP with Transition

This class presents the Rules and Regulations (WAC) which guide the development of the IEP, and focuses on the intent of the IEP process to develop meaningful and individualized IEPs through a collaborative process. Topics include:

  • Understanding the elements of an appropriate assessment and planning for transition
  • Present level of academic, functional and behavioral performance
  • Development of appropriate transition and IEP goals
  • Specially Designed Instruction
  • Progress monitoring.
